WHO IS THIS FOR?
Movement & Rehabilitation is for people who are dealing with pain, recovering from injury, managing a medical condition or simply no longer feel confident about what their body can safely do.
Rather than jumping straight into exercise, we'll start by understanding where you are now, what is limiting you and what you would like to get back to doing.
From there, we'll gradually build movement, strength and physical capacity at a level that is appropriate for you. The aim isn't to keep you in rehabilitation forever — it's to help you become more confident and independent.
This may be suitable if you:

Personal training doesn't have to mean simply turning up for an hour once or twice a week.
I offer different levels of coaching depending on how much support you need, how independently you want to train and what you're working towards.
That might mean regular 1:1 sessions, a programme to follow independently, a combination of the two, or more complete coaching with regular reviews and ongoing support.
Your level of support can change as you progress. You might initially need more face-to-face guidance and gradually become more independent — or need additional support when your goals change.
Structured programming and app support for people comfortable training independently.
HYBRID
A combination of independent training and regular face-to-face coaching.
1:1 COACHING
Regular individual sessions built around your goals, ability and progress.
COMPLETE
Coaching, programming, reviews and greater support between sessions.
COMPLETE PLUS
My highest level of individual coaching and accountability.
NOT SURE WHICH LEVEL YOU NEED?
You don't need to decide before contacting me. We'll work out the most appropriate starting point together.

TREAT THE PERSON, NOT JUST THE PROBLEM
You don't need to decide whether you need sports massage, acupuncture, cupping or another particular treatment before booking.
We'll start by discussing what's happening, how it's affecting you and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll then use the treatment approach — or combination of approaches — that I feel is most appropriate.
Treatment may be all you need. For others, it can become the first step towards movement rehabilitation or gradually returning to training.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include sports massage, medical acupuncture, IASTM, cupping, taping and movement advice.
If you know which treatment you would like, use the "Book Here" page to book.
Strength and movement for adults 50+
Strong for Life is an 8-week programme designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and develop confidence in what your body can do.
Sessions focus on practical strength and movement that transfers into everyday life — getting up and down, carrying, lifting, balance, walking, climbing stairs and continuing to do the things you enjoy.
No previous gym experience is required, and exercises can be adapted to suit different starting points and abilities.
Small groups • Progressive strength • Movement • Balance • Confidence • Independent training
Build control, mobility and confidence in movement.
Pilates provides another way into the same overall journey.
Sessions focus on controlled movement, mobility, stability, breathing and body awareness, with exercises adapted to the individual rather than expecting everyone to move in exactly the same way.
It can work particularly well for people who want to become more confident moving, are returning following pain or injury, or prefer a more controlled starting point before progressing towards greater strength and independence.
Pilates can be used on its own or alongside rehabilitation, treatment and strength coaching as your needs change.
1:1 Pilates • 2:1 Pilates • Pilates for Pain • Progressive movement

Not everyone needs regular face-to-face coaching.
Sometimes you simply need a well-structured programme, clear exercise guidance and a plan that helps you know what to do, how to progress and where you're heading.
My online programmes are designed to give you that structure while allowing you to train independently, in your own time and wherever suits you.
Rather than downloading a generic workout and being left to work it out for yourself, programmes are delivered through the app with exercise demonstrations, clear instructions and planned progressions across the programme.
The aim isn't to give you more exercises.
It's to help you become more confident and capable of training independently.
Each programme is built around a specific goal or starting point and follows the same principles I use when working with people face-to-face:
UNDERSTAND → START AT THE RIGHT LEVEL → BUILD CAPACITY → PROGRESS
You'll know what you're doing, why you're doing it and how the programme develops over time.
The programmes are designed for people who want structure without having to arrange their week around regular appointments.
You can complete your sessions at a time that suits you, whether you're training at home, in a gym or while travelling.
Depending on the programme, sessions may focus on:
Strength • Mobility • Movement • Fitness • Confidence • Healthy habits
Each programme will clearly explain the equipment, experience and time commitment required before you purchase.
Choosing an online programme doesn't mean you're locked into doing everything alone.
If you reach a point where you need more individual guidance, you can move into another level of support.
That might mean booking a 1:1 session to work on technique, moving into Hybrid Coaching, attending a structured course, or working with me more regularly.
Likewise, someone finishing a period of 1:1 or Hybrid Coaching may eventually move towards an online programme as they become more independent.
The pathway can change as you do.
They could be a good option if you:
If you're currently dealing with significant pain, an injury, a medical condition or you're unsure whether independent exercise is appropriate for you, don't guess.
Talk to me first and I'll help you decide whether an online programme is a sensible starting point or whether you'd benefit from more individual support.
